“Most beautiful shop windows” CONTEST RULES
Tumminello Srl, via Cefalù, 90013 Castelbuono (PA) launches a contest addressed to its distribution network and specifically intended for all the shops in Italy.
HRC- HOTEL, RESTAURANT & CATERING is a biennial international appointment of professionals in the Ho.Re.Ca sector, already known in previous editions under the name of Hotelympia, from 2020 it will resume its original name – HRC – and will welcome 4 new brands in a single event: The Professional Kitchen Show, The Foodservice Show, Hospitality Tech Show and Interiors & Tableware Show.
Like so many products of the earth, manna is a true Sicilian privilege. Sicily, in fact, can be considered the homeland of Italian manna as it is produced only in Castelbuono and Pollina, two municipalities of the Madonie Park.

Starting today, May 6, 2019 until May 9, Biscottificio Tumminello will be present at TUTTOFOOD, the international B2B fair dedicated to food & beverage organized by Fiera Milano. The company will exhibit in hall 7 – stand D26.
From 17 to 20 March 2019, the Biscottificio Tumminello will be present at IFE The
International Food and Drink Event, to be held at ExCel London in London. The company
will exhibit at the Italian Pavilion, stand S3940f, among about 1350 food and beverage producers
from 55 countries.
News for the Biscottificio Tumminello . From 7 to 11 October our company will be present in Cologne at Anuga, the largest international fair in the agro-food sector, at the Offembachsaal pavilion.
The Anuga fair boasts an exhibition space of 284 thousand square meters, divided into 10 thematic halls. Thousands of important buyers from all over the world populate every edition of the fair.
We are pleased to represent a part of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition in an international event. For our biscuits we have always used the highest quality raw materials from our land, such as ancient grains (Timilia and Maiorca), extra virgin olive oil and Sicilian lemons, honey or almonds from Avola.
Directly from Castelbuono, a place with a strong tourist and food and wine vocation, our company will exhibit the new line of artisanal baked products: Tuminì , the tradition of ancient Sicilian grains that blends with the unique taste of extra virgin olive oil and Zigarì , the perfect match between extra virgin olive oil and the fresh taste of Sicilian lemons.
It is the natural ingredients and the artisanal processes that give our products the goodness of the biscuits of the past.

As many of you know, Expo opened on May 1st, a Universal event, not just of a commercial nature, which aims to create an international dialogue between citizens, around the theme of interest to all of humanity, food. About 135 peoples from all over the world are present in Italy and in Milan. The chosen theme is FEEDING THE PLANET, ENERGY FOR LIFE. Tumminello biscuits will be present, from July 27th to August 2nd, within the Bio-Mediterraneum clustee with a small corner of products; many smiles and enthusiasm. Yours.
